As a women’s resource, our mission is to encourage, educate and empower women to hold onto hope, grow in faith, and unite in love. It is our goal to continually provide all women with the awareness, resources, opportunities and inspiration they need to deal with the issues they face daily so they can relax, restore, refresh and renew!

Since our company’s inception, we’ve yearned to provide a place where women would feel nurtured, inspired and motivated to become all they were intended to be. The women’s resources you will discover here were invited to be part of the Refresh & Renew family because they are committed to providing programs and services that change and enrich our lives as women.

We honor and promote the very special relationship of girlfriends. In our busy, fast-paced world it becomes increasingly difficult to celebrate our girlfriends and yet these are the very relationships we turn to for encouragement, support and fun! We want you to think of us as your girlfriends… the ones you can turn to when you are facing issues with your spouse, boyfriend, children, parents, siblings, co-workers, and friends. That’s why we’ve worked hard at finding the very best resources for all the situations you may face each and every day.

You will notice an undeniable Christian focus here. This is by design. You see, when the company was created in 2001, it was because I (Pam Small) had come through a particularly dark and difficult time in my life. God, in His mercy, tenderly took hold of my life and restored, rejuvenated, refreshed and renewed me. It’s taken me seven years to make a bold statement for the One who Saved me from myself and my fears. This website is dedicated to honoring Him.

“Christian” in today’s society seems to conjure up such a negative reaction. This burdens my heart. This is not what Christ came to do. He did not come to condemn, He came to give life and love and to be an example of how we are to live. If you have had a discouraging encounter with a Christian, I extend my heartfelt apology.  Do not allow this to influence your opinion of who we, as Christian women, were intended to be.
